About Our Business
Here is the deal. Of course all of the women who work for us are bright and
beautiful, but the guys are never going to be Homecoming Kings or underwear
models. Well, come on, you know that you have to give up something for
experience. And, when you think about it, what you want in probably the largest
transaction that you will ever do is as much experience as you can get. After
all, in the Real Estate industry, you get great experience and minimal
experience for virtually the same cost to you.
What you see is what you get.
Here is a brief overview of the skills that our management staff has available
for your use.
Dave Gould (Guru) in some other companies would be know as a
General Manager. Dave is pretty fluent in English. Unfortunately
for Dave, he is old enough to have acquired the most experience.
He first received his Real Estate sales license after he graduated
from Trinity University in the 1960's. He was in the Homebuilding
business for a dozen years. He constructed the home that was
voted Best of Show in the 1985 San Antonio Homebuilders Association Parade
of Homes (if you ask he will proudly show you the trophy). He constructed a
home addition that was featured in Southern Living Magazine. He developed
both residential and commercial properties. He conceived, built and sold a
condominium project. For a long time his company did more handicapped bath
conversions than any other company in Bexar County. His commercial work
included office finish out, landscaping and demolition. He has also renovated
hospital surgical suites, emergency rooms and even entire floors of hospitals.
He has been a manager of a property Title Company. He has been a licensed
Mortgage Broker for a number of years. As he likes to say, "I don't think there
is anyone like me anywhere else in this business in the country."
What this means to you is that there are very few situations in construction,
title and sales that Dave hasn't seen. And he freely gives of all of this
knowledge to any and all of the employees and clients of this company.
Pablo Kennedy. Marketing Guru. Born and raised in Mexico
City,Paul, as he is known, is fluent in English , Spanish and
French.
Paul is Laura's Brother, He has an almost unbelievable range of
experiences in the advertising industry. He spent many years
working with the international respected firm oMcCann-Erickson.
Paul has been responsible for countless pages of print advertising, and has
produced a large number of very expensive and easily recognized television
commercials for major corporations. He moved from Mexico City to Los
Angeles, became ill and moved to be with his brothers and sister who had
moved to San Antonio. He has since recovered and is responsible for
reviewing all of our properties and placing them in the best marketing position.
Ako Coley. Chief Bookkeeper. Ako is originally from Tokyo and is
therefore fluent in Japanese. She is an honors graduate of the
Business Department of UTSA. She is extremely thorough, and is also
responsible for all Quality Control.

moderately adept at American Sign Language. Paco and his wife, Lindsay-who
is from England, moved to San Antonio because of the presence of Sunshine
Cottage in our city. They have a son with special needs, he is deaf, and this
school is one of the most renowned schools for hearing impaired children in
the hemisphere. For many years Paco was self employed as the owner of five
weight loss clinics. For most of the past six years he has been involved with
the development and construction of many fine quality homes. His work in
selling the properties in which he had a financial investment led him to this
field, Real Estate Marketing. He has been honored by those with whom he
previously worked by being given the opportunity to bring their properties to
the marketplace. You will find him to be accommodating and easy to work
with.
